Our Commitment

Training Cycles does not sell your personal information to third parties, and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Because we do not engage in these practices, there is no active sale or sharing to opt out of.

What We Do With Your Data

Your personal data is used solely to operate the Training Cycles service. Specifically:

  • We share data with service providers (Neon for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting) only to operate the Service; these providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
  • If you connect Strava, activity data is exchanged with Strava at your direction; you may disconnect Strava at any time.
  • We do not disclose your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or analytics platforms.

Your CCPA Rights

As a California resident, you may:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Delete your personal information (see Section 8.1 of our Privacy Policy)
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
